We want you to love your Meri Meri purchase, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn fashion items. Please ensure all original tags remain attached and items are in their original packaging to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely package your items.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Drop off your parcel at any authorized courier location; we recommend obtaining a tracking receipt for your records.

  Receive Your Refund

  After our team inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
